091102 Implementation 

To run the .ntl file, download the following files and 
install in your C:\mindtel\neattools folder
 -qrs-oxiekgsr9.ntl
 -JEKGObj.dll
 -JQRSObj.dll
 -JsprintfObj.dll

Make sure you have the pcmcia oxicard and the pcmcia ekg
in your computer or the ntl file will not work.
Chances are your system will not crash too badly if you
try to access non existent hardware.

DATA FILE EXAMPLES.

dir fingers  : contains fingerprint files obtained using 
               the bioscrypt fingerprint sensor and demo
               software


dir data_files : contains .dat neattools data file recordings
                 of ekg, oxi, bpm and sp02. These can be played back
                 in the playback section of the neattools module.
